Vafler med banan

Til formiddagens påskebrunch lavede vi vafler med bananer, som hele familien kan spise, da de er sukkerfri. De er inspireret af min søsters banan-pandekager, og blandet sammen med en vaffelopskrift. Til to store /fire småvafler brugte vi:

2 bananer
2 æg
lille tsk vaniljepulver
lille dl hvedemel, alt efter hvor store æggene er
Lille 1/2 dl mælk
1 tsk revet økologisk citronskal
kokosolie til at stege vaflerne på vaffeljernet (kan også laves på panden som pandekage)

Bananerne moses og røres sammen med æg, vanilje pulver, hvedemel og mælk. Mængderne af mel og mælk tilpasses, så dejen har en god flydende konsistens. Herefter hældes den direkte på vaffeljernet. De smager himmelsk med sirup, marmelade eller frugt-salat. God fornøjelse.
