Syrnet Müsli

Jeg har længe forsøgt at kreere den skønne müsli vi fik smag for i Berlin, og det ser ud til, at vi endelig har fundet en opskrift, der bringer stemningen fra Meierei hjem i dit eget køkken. 

Til 2 personer

  • 2 dl havregryn eller rugflager
  • 1 dl mælk
  • 1 dl skyr
  • 1 spsk rosiner
  • 2 spsk hakkede mandler og hasselnødder
  • 1/2 revet æble
  • 1/2 æble skåret i tern
  • Evt. Friske bær

Varm mælken og hæld det over havregrynene/rugflagerne og lad det stå natten over. Bland næste morgen gryn/flager med skyr, revet æble, rosiner og hakkede nødder. Pynt med æbler i tern og friske bær. Det smager skønt!
