Den nemme bærkage

Denne ultra nemme og hurtige bærkage er super lækker, og kan laves med alle mulige forskellige bær.

 Ingredienser (til én tærte i aflangt tærtefad)

  • 200 g blødt saltet smør
  • 250 g sukker
  • 3 æg
  • 150 g hvedemel
  • 1 tsk bagepulver
  • 250 g friske bær (mirabelle, kirsebær, blåbær ell. lignende)
  • creme fraiche til servering

Det bløde smør og sukkeret piskes let og lyst. Æggene tilsættes eet ad gangen og der piskes. Mel og bagepulver blandes sammen og røres i dejen, der hældes i en smurt tærteform (eller med bagepapir i bunden). Herefter anrettes de friske bær ovenpå dejen, og trykkes let ned i dejen, så deres overflade er på niveau med toppen af dejen (alternativt kan dej og bær blandes sammen, og hældes i en smurt springform). Kagen bages ved 175 grader varmluft i cirka 45 minutter. Server den med creme fraiche. Uhmmm!
