Salat Nicoise

En salat Nicoise kan laves på mange måder. Nogle har bønner og/eller kolde kogte kartofler i. Man kan vælge at tilføje ansjoser – eller blot at opgradere salaten med frisk tun istedet for dåsetun. Grundreglen er vist ganske enkelt, at salaten er en kombination af tun, æg, oliven, salat og en vinaigrette-dressing. 

Ingredienser til salat:

Friske grønne bønner
æg (vi bruger vagtelæg – de ser så søde ud :)
Tun (enten frisk eller på dåse)
Ansjosfilet (kan sagtens udelades, hvis man ikke er til det)

Ingredienser til vinaigrette:
3 dele olie (Olivenolie)
1 del syre (hvidvinseddike, balsamicoeddike, citron mv)
1/2 del sennep (gerne dijonsennep)
Salt og Peber

Kog bønner, kartofler og æg og afkøl ingredienserne. Rør vinaigretten. Anret salaten på et fad og hæld vinaigretten over.
